Regenerative is a new buzz word that we come across more and more, but it is not clear for many people what this actually means. What is the difference between regenerative and organic? In this presentation Ananda Fitzsimmons will clarify what regenerative means and go into how this new market is playing out today for food producers, transformers, consumers and sellers. She will also look at the marketing opportunity and the potential for impact in the regenerative food movement.

Ananda Fitzsimmons is a visionary and environmentalist, with a passion for soil and growing food. She has had lifelong interest in sustainable food production and land management as well as social change and personal empowerment.

Today she serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Regeneration Canada, a non-profit organization promoting soil regeneration in Canada.
